How long will my order take to arrive?

Unless stated otherwise, the shipping dates are as follows:
Express Shipping - Between 1 - 3 Working Days

Custom PC's have a build time - for these systems please add the build time + Express Shipping time for your expected time frame.
Pre-orders have estimated dates for stock to arrive, usually these are accurate - please contact support if you have any queries.
Weekend deliveries are not guaranteed however our shipping couriers do sometimes deliver on weekends, follow your tracking number to find out more.

We ship straight out of the UK meaning no extra fees after your purchase.

Which PC should I buy?

This is very subjective and depends on many factors, price scales with performance. If you would like some help picking the best system for your needs, feel free to chat to our technicians via the chat at the bottom right of your screen. Here are the general guidelines:

Starter PC's - Sub £500
Upper Mid Range - £500 - £1000
High end - £1000 - £2000
Mega PC's - £2000+

How long is the warranty?

Refurbished PC's - 1 Year
Custom PC's - 1 - 3 Years (Please select during customisation.
Prebuilt PC's - 3 Years
