How long will my order take to arrive?
Unless stated otherwise, the shipping dates are as follows:
Express Shipping - Between 1 - 3 Working Days
Standard Shipping - Between 2 - 4 Working Days
Weekend deliveries are not guaranteed however our shipping couriers do sometimes deliver on weekends, follow your tracking number to find out more.
We ship straight out of the UK meaning no extra fees after your purchase.
Which PC should I buy?
This is very subjective and depends on many factors, price scales with performance. If you would like some help picking the best system for your needs, feel free to chat to our technicians via the chat at the bottom right of your screen. Note: This is not a live chat and our technicians are often busy, we will assist you as quickly as we can (usually within minutes) however please be patient. You will be emailed the response if you dont want to wait.
How long is the warranty?
Each system has a minimum Warranty of 1 Year which includes any transportation costs, parts and labour costs.
New PCs are eligible for extended Warranty up to 3 Years. Simply select this during the customisation page.

What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal & PayPal Credit and Klarna.
