Terms and Conditions

These should be read with Privacy, Warranty and Returns information which together form the Terms and Conditions. By purchasing from our website or signing up with an account to our website you agree to our Terms and Conditions, none of which go against your Statutory rights.


Warranties
- Items that are New, Refurbished or Used come with a warranty, for each condition the warranty differs - please read the Warranty information to find out more about a products warranty. We are not personally liable for any shipping damages or damages through external faults other than our company which includes but is not limited to things such as mishandling or damages by customers.


Shipping

Local Pickup

 Local pickup is always free. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time, this is usually ready same or next day.

Local Delivery

Up to 20miles - £15.00

Up to 30miles - £20.00

Once we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time, this will usually be either same or next day.

Shipping - Express

We ship using DPD, ParcelForce24 and RoyalMail 1st Class, fully tracked and insured for most of our items (unless stated otherwise), meaning that you should receive your product between 1-3 Working days depending on time of purchase. Rates for these are calculated based on item value to cover insurance costs.

Shipping - Standard

We use ParcelForce48 and RoyalMail 2nd Class, fully tracked and insured for most of our items (unless stated otherwise), meaning that you should receive your product between 2-4 Working days. Rates for these are calculated based on item value to cover insurance costs.

General information

Our Products are all shipped within the same working day if ordered before 2PM and the next working day if ordered after 2PM.

Once we receive your order and payment you will receive a confirmation email. Then we will ship the product out, emailing you once the item(s) have been dispatched with the tracking reference(s) and your invoice receipt. 

Please note: All our PC systems come packaged with bubble wrap on the inside of the PC to ensure safe transport. This will need to be removed before starting the PC - Instructions will be provided.

If there is a site-wide announcement bar stating shipping delays, please be patient to receive your order, we will update you along every step.

Any shipping damages that occur where we have provided the label for shipping ourselves is processed by our company with the companies that we use for shipping. However we are not liable for these shipping damages, but we will make efforts and arrangements to get compensation or replacements, as well as contact you with any updates if your item has been damaged during shipping. If the item is shipped to us by yourself with a label we have not bought, weather this is for one of our services or you have changed your mind on a product and returned it to us, we are not liable for the product in the state that it arrived in. We will contact and inform you on the items condition if we believe or have tested that the item is faulty upon receiving it or if there is any shipping damage. We are also not liable for any shipping delays unless it is guaranteed on the product page of the item that the item will arrive to you on or by a certain time. If you miss a delivery of our product that has been shipped to you, it is your responsibility to get in contact with the shipping company and arrange a different day for delivery or pickup from a nearby location of the shipping company, we will not provide compensation or reimburse additional charges due to missed deliveries.


Returns
- If you return a product to us in a different state that it was sent out, with damage, missing items or components, signs of misuse…etc. We hold the right to refuse your return, weather this is due to a change of mind or faulty product, the items must be sent in the same way that they were sent from our company. Including all original packaging, documentation and items, as well as any free gifts that were sent along with the purchase if the items were stated on the product page. We also hold the right to refuse warranty claims if items sent to us are in an unacceptable condition with heavy signs of misuse, physical damage or modifications. Services
- If you have shipped or dropped of a PC or item to us for one of our services, the items are tested and inspected before we start working on them. If there is any damage found prior to us starting our work, we will not be liable for these damages and you will be notified accordingly of the damage. If the item(s) are faulty after assembly but did not show any signs of damage before or after we assemble the parts - we are not liable for the faultiness of the parts or product. If we damage the product ourselves through accidental occurrences such as dropping an item, knocking off components during installation or scratched a PCB…etc - we will be liable for these items if they were new or demonstrated/proved to be working beforehand and we will provide compensation, replacement or a fix depending on the item and agreement.

Holding items (Deposits) - If you have paid a deposit for an item for us to hold it until an agreed date and you fail to pickup/arrange a way for us to get the product to you before the deadline we may discard your order. If you fail to pay the full outstanding amount before shipping or before/on pickup/delivery (face to face) of the item, the item still remains as our property and if the deadline of the agreed date is not met we may discard your order. Deposits are none-refundable if you want us to keep a product for you until an agreed date. We will make attempts to contact you prior and after the deadline if we do not hear from you and if we still fail to hear back from you after 48-hours of trying to contact you after the deadline, we will cancel your order. Same applies if no efforts are made to try and arrange a way for us to get the product to you within the 48-hours.


Holding items (services)
- If you have sent us an item such as a PC or components…etc for one of our services, we will contact you after we are done with the service to arrange a way to get the product back to you. If you fail to pickup the item(s) or provide us with a shipping label to send the item(s) back to you within 30-days of initial contact, we will discard your item in form of an auction as we cannot hold items for eternity due to limited space in our workshop.
