Returns Policy
Change of mind
For items you have purchased and changed your mind on. We accept returns for these items within 14 days from the day you receive the product. Shipping is to be covered by yourself and items must be sent back in original condition. If the item is received back in a different condition (new items must not be used, items must not be damaged or show any signs of wear that were not present before purchase) to which it was sent we have the right to deduct credit from your refund or not accept the return. If the item is received back by us we will do an inspection and if approved you should receive a refund within 14 days of approving the item. Inspection will happen within 2 weeks of receiving the item.
Faulty Goods
For all new and refurbished faulty products you have the right to return the item back to us for free within 30 days of receiving the item. Please email us or contact through our Facebook page to arrange this.
All returned goods must have their original packaging, have no physical damage or signs or tampering. If signs of damage, heavy misuse or tampering, missing components/packaging/documentation is found we hold the right to deduct credit from your return or not to accept the return. Each item send back to us will need to pass a general inspection which could take up to 2 weeks of receiving the product. If the item passes this inspection without any faults or the issues stated by yourself, we hold the right to reject the return and it will be up to yourself to provide a label for us to ship the product back to you.
Warranty returns
Warranty returns are free and are covered by us if the item is still under a parts warranty, we will provide a label for you to ship the item back safely and we will ship it back out to you once we have fixed or replaced the item for free. If the item is out of parts warranty but still within labour warranty, the item will need to be shipped back to us by yourself and a label would need to be provided to us if you would like us to fix it for you but we fix the item for you for free.
Refund times
If your return/refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 4 working days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. This is usually within 2 weeks of initiating credit with most banks however for exact details please contact your bank.
