SUPERCHARGE!
That's right, all PCs purchased from 20/01/2024 whether refurbished, new or custom are ALL eligible for a FREE upgrade within their warranty period.
What this means:
- We will provide the upgrade service on your computer completely free within the warranty period of your PC. That means 1 Year as standard for any refurbished, new or custom PCs. If you purchase the extended warranty package, we will extend the SUPERCHARGE service to the same date as your warranty expiry.
- You will be responsible for either providing the parts for the upgrade or for the cost of parts for the upgrade. We will provide the labour completely free as part of the benefit you receive from purchasing a PC from Electro PC.
- Shipping costs not included. You will need to either provide a label or pay the rate for shipping. If you are local and would like to drop off and pick up your system that is completely free.
- We can also assist you on picking out the best upgrade path within your budget and needs as part of this package.
- Your warranty will be unaffected due to using us as the upgrade team.
- Limited to 2 FREE uses per PC. If you require more we can offer this for a flat rate of £40 Per PC.
What happens to the old components?
The old components, you can either opt to receive them back OR we can offer you a trade-in valuation against your new components, lowering the cost of your new parts.
Alternatives
Some systems, depending on the level you want to upgrade to, may not be financially viable to do so. Sometimes it makes more sense to upgrade to a new system for a lower cost. In cases such as these, we can offer you a trade-in against a new PC where we can give you the new system at a discounted price in exchange for your previous system.
Your system will be valued by spec as well as condition.
How to SUPERCHARGE your system
All you need to do is send an email to our team over at shop@electropc.uk with these details:
Order number & invoice number
Purchase date
In the email, ask for the SUPERCHARGE service.
State whether or not you already have the components to upgrade / If you require help choosing / any budgets and needs you have.
One of the members of the team will respond to your request within 24 Hours.
How long will it take?
We aim to upgrade within 1 week excluding shipping times however please allow up to 14 from receipt. Sometimes there may be some delays due to bank holidays or events.
You will be notified by the team when the system is ready to be shipped back / ready to pickup.
